Military member who purchased for deployment. It did not fit on the bunk bed so I took the top bunk off and it worked fine. I’ve lived in this thing for the past 5 weeks, all in all I like it. Spacious on top, I haven’t used the windows much as I like my privacy, but the mattress size (twin xl) is playing into a part as to how hard it is to pull the zipper down. Might be harder for kids. I put the mattress inside and no complaints for that. Where we are currently there is a ton of windows so I’m getting hit with the sun pretty good, with that, I had to put two sheets on top to keep the sun out from when I’m sleeping (I work nights) it also keeps some heat in but I think that just might be the greenhouse we are living in lol. Anyway, all in all id buy this thing again. Took me 3 minutes to set up, I’m not sure how hard it will be to take down/put back in the bag, but it’s viable for everyday use.UPDATE:My previous post was from may to July, now it’s September 2022. My buddy got the same tent as myself and he likes it as well. He says same review as mine, the only problem we have faced is folding this darn thing up. It’s a two person job and the zipper broke on both of our pack away bags when we tried to zip it up. Note—— not the zipper on the tent, the zipper on the bag the tent goes into for packaway. We had a few hands on deck because there are no take down instructions, only assembly instructions. Anyway, once in the bag again it fits like new, but you feel like you’re going to break it when twisting it to packaway (you’ll know what I mean when you do it) but alas, my buddy and I did not break either of ours. I’m not sure how many times the tent can withstand that, but you can guarantee I’ll update if it does!It was missing the poles. The twin bed is somehow to big for it and doesn’t close all the way. It does what I need it to do but I’m sad that I can’t close it?Great quality product. for anyone who needs, it is 76 inches. Nothing larger than a twin.My grandson loves the one I bought for his birthdayMy daughter is scared of the dark and this helps her feel secure and ease her fears, however the first was ripped, the second one we have had up for almost a week and it’s okay, except the top isn’t as sturdy as I’d like and when you unzip the zippers the fabric left behind bulges and look like it might not last very long. Also, the mattress is difficult to get inside it, and it needs to be inside in order for the tent to be sturdy enough to sleep in.We are keeping it because she likes it. I don’t regret buying it, but maybe I should have just one with one alittle more expensive. Only time will tell.First off one I got this on my son's bed I love it, he loves it. It's great. It was quite difficult to "wrangle" the mattress inside the tent. We also can't 100% zip it up with the mattress in it because of strain. He doesn't care so that is ok. It is defiantly got great privacy. He can see when people enter the room but we can't see him in the bed. Keeps him warmer in the winter. As spring and summer approaches he may need to open the end vents. Well made with good construction. I am 5' 4" and I can sit up inside it without having to hunch over. I would get it again.I set this up on the second level of a Walker Edison loft bed. Assembly was tricky because it was hard to push the rods into the undersized pockets. Once set up this was a pleasure to use, it is not just a curtain but full enclosure, meaning it protects you from mosquitoes and what not. It has ventilation openings on both sides with a bug screen, but they can also be sealed entirely if you don't need ventilation. This design could be improved if the bug screen is outside and the lid is inside. Otherwise, I'm enjoying the serenity it grants meNo me gustó mala calidad los cierres no servían la tela rota en sus esquinas y muy delgada.Lo devolví y aún en espera de mi reembolso.
