First of all when I open the package it didn't look nothing like the picture it was squished up in one of those compressed sealer packages so when I pulled it out and tried to make it look like a pet bed I decided to just mist the outside with water cuz it was very wrinkled so I took a spray bottle of water and just mist it really good & mist pillow that came inside of it, threw it in the dryer for 8 minutes and pulled it out and it looks exactly like the picture I couldn't believe the difference. I was trying to hopefully remove wrinkles but instead it shaped the bed firmly into place and removed wrinkles. It looks exactly like the picture shows. So just advice to anybody out there that receives it and it comes wrinkled and misshapen and looks horrible. Just mist it with water and throw it in the dryer for a few minutes and it will miraculously come out looking exactly like the picture.My one cat has gone in it 1time and went to sleep ..I have 2 cats ..the other one has not gone in it at all ...it is a keeper because it is made for larger cat ...one day one of them will make it their bed ...I think it is well made and ideal for cats and small dogs ....you will not be disappointed how nice the design and the cuteness of the bed .As you can see from this picture it came vacuum packed in a plastic bag. It was all flat and smashed up and would not hold a shape. I stuffed it with blankets and towels as full as I could possibly stop it. I left it like that for about three weeks. There is a picture of it after that and I think it looks great! The pillow could have a little more stuffing in it for sure! Not really a big deal because there's plenty of things you could stuff it with or even buy some cheap stuffing at the store. I am happy with it but would not have been if stuffing it full and letting it sit for three weeks didn't work because it would have been just a smashed-up flimsy thing LOLWhen this came it was in one of those plastic packages flat as a pancake I took it out fluffed it and it inserted the "bedding". It looked fine but I ironed the outside and it looked a great deal better. My cat honored me by getting in it and sleeping I principally bought it so that if it is chilly outside and I am away from the house he could get in it and stay warm and cozy. However the weather has been so bad lately that I keep my cat inside. But the cat seems to like it.I never would have thought that something so simple would be LOVED so much by kittens. This Pavillion has with stood, chewing, jumping on, play fighting in it and it stands up to everything. Did need to add a zip tie on the top to keep its shape, but that was no problem. After buying one it bought 4 additional pavilions and sent them to a family that fosters kittens and momma cats.. if I could give it 100*s I would!!Edit: I ended up putting this in the dryer in hopes of it de wrinkling a bit. 10 minutes in a hot dryer made it expand and it now looks decent. My kitten loves it. Going with 3 stars since it looked so awful when it arrived.Cheap flimsy and awful. Came vacuum packed and absolutely does not come back to its intended shape. Wrinkled and lumpy is the best way to describe it. Beyond cheap materials. $20 for this is absolute robbery. I can get a cat bed for that price at a pet store. I only ordered this because it was so cute in the pictures. It’s going right back in the box and back to Amazon.There were no instructions on how to put it together but I figured it out it’s pretty darn cuteVery disheartened by purchase- nothing like the picture. Very cheap material, difficult to put together to resemble anything like picture. Out with return time as were for kittens that were only arriving this week. Would NOT recommend! Waste of money!The bed is for my smallish puppy as she gets scared so it’s perfect the only down side is the pillow at the bottom is just uselessIt feels like it’s full of air and it’s deflated and it just is a bit pointless to be honest so I’ve had to put another one in thereBut the design is lovely and cute and is the perfect size!Love it,bigger than I thought but perfect,not that the cat thinks so,she gave it a wide berth lol!Lovely product but the cushion that comes with it has such a small amount of filling inside that I had to put another cushion under it as it was like sleeping on the floor. Other than the cushion though, the product is lovely.The item looks cute but is only good for around a week.The stiching comes apart and so the poles can't hold up the tent.The cushion has very little filling
